How Can red Patches On The Tongue Be Treated?

I have a white coated tongue, some red patches intermittently. After coffee, tea, some nuts, tongue feels beefy and throat feels effervescent, sore and somewhat constricted. Allergy tests were all negative, yeast was ruled out. Nystatin, mouth rinses, peroxide washes, salt gargles apple cider vinegar rinses. Nothing seems to alleviate the symptoms. This has been going on for about 9 months. No vitamimn deficiencies. Any suggestions?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per your complain it looks like you are suffering from Atrophic Candidiasis or Erythmatous Candidiasis..
It is causing you severe inflammation of tongue with pain and red and white patches..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get a proper examination done..
First of all it is necessary to get ruled out for the cause of thrush and then only treatment can be advised..
You can be advised a curse of oral antifungal medications like Fluconazole and along with it application of Candid gum paint, Clotrimazole lozenges and application of Gentian Violet..
You can also be advised lignocaine mouthwash to relieve pain..

Hope this helps..
